User Responsibilities

- Users may not share, transfer, or allow any other party to access their account.

- Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
Official Currency
All transactions on the jeslot platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required. Users are responsible for ensuring they use a valid payment method registered in their own name.

Withdrawal
Users must complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the jeslot account. jeslot reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending security or compliance review. Funds obtained through fraudulent activity or misconduct will be forfeited and the account in question closed without prior notice.
Bonus & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements specified separately for each offer. Misuse of the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
4. Account Suspension & Closure

Jeslot reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request from relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to fraud or misconduct, any remaining funds in that account may be forfeited.
Voluntary Account Closure
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending bets have been settled and no transactions remain in progress. Any valid balance will be returned to the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.
Platform Liability Limit
Jeslot is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system errors, or factors beyond the platform's control, such as the user's internet connectivity issues. jeslot's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
